Come join XRDC in learning how to grow gourmet mushrooms! Ben, a mycelium maestro, will be teaching us how to use compostable waste scraps to grow mushrooms in your own back yard. In this workshop, we will investigate how mushrooms can help build a society that is closer to nature and more beneficial to the environment. Plus, you'll be provided with mushroom spawn to experiment with on your own!
This workshop will take place at the garden of American U. Washington College of Law, located directly behind Dunblane House, which can be found on google maps. Remember to bring your masks =)
