This event is part of an ongoing, peer-led exploration about how Buddhism, meditation, and other contemplative practices can help us respond to the climate emergency and interconnected crises of our time. Together, we build resilience for the challenging work of standing up for a livable and just planet. We meditate in silence for 20 minutes and then have mindful conversation on a topic related to activism and contemplative practice. Many of us are members of DC's Extinction Rebellion chapter. All who would like to join are welcome.
